Fundamental digital behavior of semiconductor devices and amplifiers for the Electrical Engineering student. Realization of digital devices with standard integrated circuit logic families. Laboratory experiences and design projects. Spring semester. Laboratory 3 hours. Prerequisites: ENGL 1020, ENGR 2700 and ENGR 2700L with minimum grades of C or department head approval. Corequisite: ENEE 2740 or department head approval. Laboratory/Studio course fee will be assessed. Supplementary course fee assessed.
