ENGR 1011 - Introduction to Two- and Three-Dimensional Modeling |
Introduction to computer aided design (CAD) using two and three dimensional modeling software for both technical and non-technical individuals. Emphasis on sketching, dimensioning, geometric relations, assembly modeling, drawing construction and solid prototype production. Two and three dimensional thinking and the importance of modeling and visualization to various engineering disciplines discussed. Fall and spring semesters. Laboratory 3 hours. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed. Supplementary Course Fee Assessed.
