MGT 5660 - Dysfunctional Organizational Behavior
An advanced survey of theory and research concerning the inappropriate behavior of people in organizations as well as the inappropriate actions of organizations. Topics include discrimination, theft, incivility, inappropriate politices, drug and alcohol abuse, psychological contract breach and workplace violence. Prerequisites: BMGT 5840 or approval of the instructor.
