BUS 5730 - Legal Environment and Business Ethics |
This course is intended to trace the historical foundations of business ethics and deeply examine the moral, legal, and economic perspectives that guide decision-making in this area. This course uses a case-based approach to help students understand the legal rules, regulations and processes that affect business decision-making as well as ethical implications of managerial decisions. Credit not allowed toward the degree in both BUS 5730 and EMBA 6030.
