EMBA 6030 - Business Law and Ethics for Decision Makers |
This course is intended to provide an overview of legal institutions, sources of law, and general legal principles in the United States; ethical considerations of business; and an introduction to social, political and economic influences reflected in government regulation of business activities. Students will complete a project involving the application of legal and ethical rules to their current business activity or to an area of future interest. Open to EMBA majors only. Credit not allowed toward the degree in both EMBA 6030 and BUS 5730.
