In-depth coverage of the theories, skills and issues related to effective leadership practice in business organizations. Exploration of individual leadership strengths and weaknesses, ethical issues for leaders, and the roles leaders play in organizations. Prerequisite: BMGT 5840 or consent of the instructor. Credit not allowed toward the degree in both MGT 5260 and EMBA 6110.
