EMBA 6100 - Management Accounting for Decision Makers
The purpose of this course is to introduce the EMBA student to various managerial accounting topics such as the costing of products/services, cost-volume-profit analysis, the use of accounting information and opportunity costs in decision making and control, and the role of managerial accounting information within the framework of current management techniques. The course will be structured around a framework based on opportunity cost analysis and modern organizational theory. Open to EMBA majors only. Credit not allowed toward the degree in both EMBA 6100 and ACC 5850. Differential Course Fee will be assessed
