Introduction to factual writing style for the media and the presentation of information in multiple formats to diverse audiences. News and public relations writing, information gathering, and interviewing. Every semester. Laboratory 4 hours. Prerequisites: ENGL 1010 or ENGL 1011 of UHON 1010 with a minimum grade of C, keyboard proficiency of 30 wpm or department head approval. Communication fee applies.
