BIOL 1120 - Principles of Biology II |
An introduction to systematic ways in which the human mind comprehends the natural world; emphasis on studies of living systems, natural processes, and related phenomena including evolutionary change in populations, origin and evolutionary history of life, systematics, survey of kingdoms, and ecology. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 2 hours. Prerequisite: BIOL 1110 with a minimum grade of C or department head approval. Corequisite: BIOL 1120L or department head approval. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed.
