Dr. Wilson is the only reason I am progressing. His willingness to help students and explain is the best thing that this class offers. The lectures were engaging and interesting and the homework stretched our knowledge. |

I like the lecture and they are very helpful, though it not being at 8 in the morning would be lovely. I feel like I would retain a lot more that way, and this is the basis of my entire career we're talking about. |

Change the class time. It is hard to focus and come to class on time when it is that early. |

The class sped by. I understand that the class must get through a certain amount of material by a specific time, but its ridiculous. I would much rather take an extra semester of theory just to understand these necessary concepts than rush through them. The amount of homework assigned was a bit much as well. |

I believe it helped me to further ground my knowledge for the upper levels of theory. |

I certainly did. My realm of music theory knowledge has just expanded immensely. I've even been able to be included in educated musical discussions and actually know what's being conversed. |

I feel that I learned more than I could imagine in this class. I do feel that if the class had focused on concepts for longer than a few days to a week I would have learned more though. |

DR. WILSON IS THE BOMB DOT COM. I will recommend his class to as many people as I can. His willingness to help students and his tasteful sense of humor made the class wonderful. I am incredible upset that he will not be teaching Theory 3 and 4 but I look forward to seeing him in the halls and pestering him whenever I can. |

Dr. Wilson was an excellent help to me in dealing with my expected maternity leave and post delivery, and making sure I was able to succeed in his class this semester. He allowed me to skype the classes when possible which helped keep me pretty current with the class, and allowed me to hand in a ton of assignments that I wasn't able to do on time. |
