Description
Which components of this class—such as lecture, discussion, assignments, exercises, and exams—best helped you learn?
Edit actually playing the instruments we were studying.
What about this class could be changed to help you better learn?
Edit We need to spend more time playing. The instructor should not play more than us on the instruments we are learning.
Do you feel you learned a lot in this class? Please explain.
Edit Not really. I should not have had to take this course since I've spent 15+ years playing trumpet in marching, symphonic, jazz, and full orchestra as well as chamber ensembles.

What I did learn was a few trivia facts about instruments' origins and learning how to make sound on the flute and clarinet which I did on my own time
Please provide any other comments about this class you would like to share.
Edit The professor consistently treated the students like they were babies and not adults. It was an uncomfortable environment generally, as there were only three students, but the professor did not change the lecture style accordingly but simply pretended there were 15 or more students there. The professor didn't have genuine interest in the students and took no effort to be respectful of students or treat them like adults. There was no inquiry to prior instrumental experience.
